Hi guys -- two years ago I would have agreed, or mostly agreed, with your intro on this podcast about the state of the nation...but with the Covid response and pretty extreme behavior from the left lately, I have now moved away from that path and am squarely independent-- I also subscribe to Taibbi on Substack and I think his last two articles (especially the red/blue are both getting ripped off) are more in spirit with your deep dives into the NBA finances then not...so if you have not read these two articles then suggest they are a worthy use of your time.
Not independent in my love as a Dubs fan (though I did have to give up my season tix once they moved across the Bay) and I do wonder if Lacob etc would pay 7x luxury tax to resign Looney if they were still at Oracle. Regardless most of their outlay is going to players they drafted so I can easily reconcile...and hopeful that Loon and GP2 resign, less hopeful about Porter Jr.
