Jared's take fails to grasp that the no sex with co-worker rule exists so the employer has legal insulation and doesn't have to forever sit in judgement of when there is consent or coercion.

The beginning of this misses the mark. If Udoka is in a supervisory position over a subordinate then an affair can create all sorts of issues in the workplace. If she decides to end the relationship she could fear retribution. Another scenario is other employees might believe the girlfriend would be getting preferential treatment. This is not about him cheating on his wife or 2 people having an affair. It’s relevant to the workplace.
