Any chance you guys could talk about how/why players are tradable in the first place? It seems unique to North American sports. If Apple wants a new head of AI, it doesn't offer Google 2 iPhone engineers in exchange for a specific machine learning employee. If a company contracts with a design firm on a project, and isn't happy with the work, they can't (or don't?) just swap teams of contractors with a rival company to try to get better results.
