Boston game party? An oddity of NBA front office people, agents, quants: a surprising number seem to play board games. (The late Dan Fegan: “I’m a chess player.” The Celtics’ current assistant GM Mike Zarren: “I’m a published board game designer.”) Many such people will be in Boston March 5-8 around the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference. We have been toying with the idea of an event for TrueHoop subscribers to play board games with Henry and friends from the NBA world.
