Even if this chart is accurate–it’s at least outdated–I don’t think it means that Derrick White has been practicing better than everyone or has magical ice in his veins. I don’t think “get the ball to Derrick and watch” would be a good offensive strategy.
Instead, I’m pretty sure the message instead is that Derrick White is one of a big group of NBA players who are lights-out shooters. Along with 100 or so others, he’s incredible.
But he’s on top of this list for a couple of funkier reasons.
